- When A client receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 3 days to exchange the size and inform the customer service team about any defects and a blemish on the item.
- The Faulty item must be returned to COMMANDO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM/COMMANDO STORE within 7 days of delivery. Upon consideration, by our team, we will inform the customer about the product and if any request for a size exchange, damaged product, or return is applicable.
- In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from COMMANDO BD it shall be forwarded to Online credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same price range.
- If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team.
- Any Exchange or Return issue must be solved within 10 days duration from the date of delivery. After that time period, no party would be able to place any request for exchange or return.
- Every client must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service provider.
- Every customer must be encouraged about spot return if they find a faulty item or size issue.

For Nation, We deliver Nation Wide perishable goods through Pathao Courier, RedX or Paper fly courier.
Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka 2-3 days and Outside Dhaka 3-5 days.
The requirement at delivery: Bill copy to the courier person when delivered.
Cash On Delivery Policies
You can place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout. We provide nationwide cash-on-delivery services. After you place an order, a customer service representative will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order(s). Please make sure to answer the call and confirm the order. Alternatively, you can also confirm the order yourself by calling us at 01756096104. Your order will now be proceeding and you will receive the tracking number.
